Step 5: Ironing & Folding
Finally, linen is moved on a conveyer to automated ironing and folding equipment that carefully removes wrinkles and efficiently folds and packages linen for shipment. Linen is transferred to the staging area where orders are double checked and loaded into trucks for delivery.
